We are recruiting on behalf of our client within the telecommunications industry for a CXX Continual Improvement Project Manager/Analyst representing ij. This role can be based out of either Newbury, Leeds or Frankfurt.

The role will require a strong PM to deliver on key projects. The documentation of change backlogs and the management of the change implementation with the support of senior management.

You will be working alongside a number of stakeholders across the business and will be involved in making sure key strategic transformation projects are being delivered.

Telecoms experience is essential and ideally you will have agile experience and be comfortable working in an ITIL framework. You will be driving high standards of continuous improvement ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met. You will be responsible for providing regular reporting and the upkeep of dashboards to measure Service Delivery matrix's.

Key Objectives in the period:

  • Meet CXX objective on TNPS
  • Transition accreditation work to correct departments
  • Project manage continuous improvements
  • Run Kanbam board of continuous improvements

Key Deliverables in the period:

  • Build a robust TNPS improvement project (as part of the wider programme)
  • Build and execute a migration of responsibilities for accreditation and certification activities (under the guidance of the head of ops)
  • Implement a Kanban continuous improvement process

Essential skills, experience:

  • Understanding of complexity
  • Agile delivery approach
  • Cope with ambiguity
  • PowerPoint & Excel

Ideal skills, experience:

  • Excelent Excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Kanban
  • Understanding of ISO certifications
